The whisky U&U is creating will not be a flagship or signature style. This means that every new release of U&U whisky will be special and unique to its individual release, telling its own story through its nose, taste, and mouth feel. This allows us to take our customers on a thrilling new journey each time but also
“when it’s gone it’s gone”.

We have been fortunate enough to collaborate with some extraordinarily talented professionals within the industry. As a result, we have been able to combine and match all the skills and working methods of each incredible individual that we have worked with thus far. With these skills, we have laid down some interesting barrels that we are very excited to see mature.

There are no boundaries set for the type of whisky U&U will produce in the future, so follow us along the way and look out for future releases.
